Membership Membership in ASCE is a valuable asset to civil engineering students. Membership allows you to participate in all ASCE activities including field trips, meetings, socials functions and competitions. Additionally, national ASCE membership allows you to stay informed and involved country wide. Chapter dues are $20 dollars a year and national membership is free. *The Department will pay your dues during your freshman year, but you still need to register to become a member of ASCE.
